Consumer advocate:it is generally true, at least in this state, that lawyers
who advertise a specific service charge less for that service than lawyers who
do not advertise.It is also true that each time restrictions on the

declined in consequence. However, eliminating the state requirement that
legal advertisements must specify fees for specific services would almost

would no longer have an incentive to lower their fees when they begin
advertising and if no longer required to specify fee arrangements, many
lawyers who now advertise would increase their fees.

我做题的思路：

    

首先"It is generally true......It is also true......"不是generalization或weight against, 排除A和E,

    

D说是证据也不对，也排除～

    

然后我在B和C之间徘徊，最终错误的选择了B。

    

However, C is Correct.

    

看了解释后仔细分析了一下，第一句的因果关系是必然存在的，B和C的差别在于第一句话并没有被重复来支持advocate的预言，而是在后面被反驳。所以C是对的。

    

上来分析一下帮助自己理清思路，大家看看对不对。

    

第一次做BF类型的题目，感觉好难！有种脑筋急转弯的感觉，呵呵。

    

看了看别人的总结觉得很有道理！做BF题两个最关键的地方：

    

1. 找出conclusion,分析推导的过程，找evidence, mid-conclusion, consideration.

    

2. 特别留意however, but etc. 判断evidence和conclusion之间的关系

    

个人补充一点： 要清楚发言人支持什么反驳什么，其实就是“the case at issue"啦～

关于这道题, 我还有一个不清楚的地方:

E项的OG解释说:The first sentence gives a general cause-and-effect relationship, not a special consideration.

在CR题中, 到底什么才算是consideration呢?
