[求助]有没有人总结过费费逻辑啊？帮我看看这道题目

刚开始做费费，错题不是很明白，想找找有没有高手系统的总结过，谢谢，那如果没有我想问问第10题。

没做过沸沸。

不过这条题目的意思就是： S国的国民有了通信工具，S国政府就不可能象以前那样压制老百姓了。所以假设就是，这些通信工具不会全部落到高官手上。

逻辑是这样的，开头总会错的莫名其妙。慢慢就好了。

gap:the equipment will be available to common people

if telecommunication equipment were solely reserved to top dvp officials, the country would still remain repressive。
