我想问一下D为什么不对，谢谢。

D说顾客们不愿意付比现在高的价格去买cotton，但是如果他们愿意花和现在一样高的价格去买cotton，种植者们就有利可图了，所以，这个不能算weaken.

是不是B是肯定的事实，而D只是可能而不是肯定的所以不选？
