Topic:A teacher’s ability to relate with the students is more important than have sufficient knowledge being taught.

  As the old saying "Teachers are the architects of human mental". They are the people that foster those juveniles. With such a great responsibility, many people concern about the what talent should a teacher require. Is it more crucial to make a teacher a instructor of social life or a pendant of general subjects? I side with the former. I believe that a better relationship between teachers and students will benefit students more than the understanding of Newton's Law.

  Seemingly, a amiable teacher encourages students' participation in school. Students will face to teachers with different attitudes. Admittedly, the most favorite teachers are those one with smiles. They know how to prize students and dissuade students from going wrong. The solid relationship between those teachers and students will enhance their mutual understanding and make students feel more unconstrained. Thus, students can talk and publish their own opinions of different issues. Also, students are more willing to participate, bringing their potential into full play. In contrast, students can not enjoy their school life if they are restricted by the teacher even if he is a knowledgeable one.

   Moreover, a teacher that have developed a benign relationship with students can convey optimism points of view of the world to students. Students in adolescence usually feel confused about the world, they start to realize how complex the world is. Also, students who are aware of those negative parts of the world may become somehow pessimism and anxious about their future. In such a  critical period of time, a teach that have the ability to communicate with students do help a lot. They can analyze and find out the confusion of students and try their best to erase negative influences of students.

   The essential reason is that teachers can affect students throughout their life. For example, when Einstein was a young boy, he was always dreaming to become a famous violin player. Unfortunately, he was the most gifted students in the music class. One day, his violin teacher told him that he was a diligent students but has chosen the wrong subject, his teacher prompted Einstein to pursue the career that he most interested in--Science. We can not image the modern physics without Einstein, it is his teacher that changed his whole life greatly.

    Although, teaching students knowledge is the main function of a teacher, and teachers should always focus on, I believe that a successful teacher ought to attain the ability to relate with students because it can support students to grow in a better way.
