PSU,

I was told that many companies coming to campus did not hire international students without permanent US work authorization. The international students they hired were ones having green cards. Is that true?

I got two offers from MSU and PSU, both with GA. Can you compare these two schools?

Some companies will sponsor working visa, but not a whole lot especially under current situation.  A few could make exceptions if they really want you. 

These two schools are really similar even ranking could be slightly different.  But ranking doesn't mean anything.  Job placement is really based on your own background AND EFFORTS.  Penn Stater myself, I definitely love PSU more.

Typically the gap between the total estimated expense on I-20 and total amount of GA.

拿到PSU的offer了，但是目前还没有奖学金或GA\TA的消息，dean 说要看上一轮录取的有奖学金的学生最后决定来多少，再重新分配奖学金，不知道有多少希望呢。PSU好像不能做贷款吧，那么我是不是要准备好第一年的学费和生活费才能向学校申请I20表呢？
