take it easy! probably better offer is on the way still.....

(i still do not know CLEARLY whether i have been admitted, rejected or waitlisted). I got a call from admission officer. she first asked me to clarify some questions, then said offer would be announced very soon and wished me a very great day. but till now i have not received any news about my status (admit? reject? waitlist?)

Till Feb 5th, we have received 630 applications compared to 468 at the same time last year.  A few highlights are shown below –

 

·         International applications increased by 36%.

 

·         Domestic applications increased by 30%.

 

·         Applications from women increased by 25%

 

·         Applications from traditionally under-represented U.S. minority groups increased by 42%

 

·         Citizens of the following countries have applied this year:  Bahamas, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Columbia, Chile, China, Columbia, El Salvador, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and the USA.
