求教各位牛牛一下，关于 end up doing 的确切含义。

因为本文如果根据正常释义：结束伤害另一群体 的话，选项I和III都是反对，而非support的。。。。

这道题目怎么会选I和III的呢？

题目是说国家现有的很多目的是帮助one groupe of以务农为生的人。。这些项目通常会导致伤害另外一部分人( another group)的利益

 

1．是说当国家项目帮助生产饲料农作物的农民提高售价，就会直接导致养家禽的农民的收入降低（因成本提高）

3．当政府以提高农作物价格为目的而将国家储备无条件给grain growers，并同时鼓励grain growers降低当年的产量，很多在农场工作的工人就会因此而失去工作

所以以上两个都是支持的
