The accelerated program you mentioned is the January-Term (J-Term) program. The program is 4 semesters, just like the regular program. However, you start in January instead of September, and you will not have a free summer to do a summer internship. The summer internship is very important if you plan to get a job in a difference industry, country, or company. The official line is that you should apply J-Term, if you already have a job lined up (or start your own business) after you graduate and thus have no need for the internship. It is unclear whether an MBA is entirely appropriate or necessary for your IT aspirations. It really depends on what you want out of the MBA. Rather than thinking about how you meet the requirement of the MBA, I suggest you think hard about how the MBA fits your goals and aspirations, because it is a large investment of time and money. The financial engineering program has a narrow focused toward the quantitative side of finance. The MBA is a general program that covers all aspects of business. It is possible, but rare, to get both degrees, because these degrees lead to different kinds of jobs. Personally, I feel the MBA is a better choice due to its breadth. However, I am biased.
