因为原文说虽然车主和总里程数只上升了40%,然而事故死亡人数就上升了300%。因此我推测是每辆汽车所载的人数多了。选了A

但正确答案是D.我又重看了一次原文的结论,说是car ocuupants的死亡人数涨了,意思是说车主吗?即使是车主,但D里只说是那些1989年之前很少开车的人导致1989后的里程数上涨,但这也说明不了为什么死亡人数涨300%,但车主,总里程只升40%这一矛盾。因为D里也没有说那些1989年前很少开车的人是否有车。

有哪位可以解答我的疑问呢?谢谢了!!!
