E是很典型的assumption，一方面有否定词出现（本题中这一特征的区分左右体现得不明显，因为其他选项中也有出现否定词），另一方面，它给的假设非常充分：（1）酒里面不能天然含S，（2）如果含，含量也不能高到足以让S过敏人群产生过敏反应的dose。缺了这样的假设前提，题目的结论“能喝”就站不住脚，因为即使酒商不加S，对这一人群还是可能产生过敏作用。

至于D，可以作无关选项对待，因为题干讨论的是一种specific allergic reaction，即只针对S，“an allergic reaction”所指的范围太广。

D里说，    Apart from sulfites。而原文说那些people who would like to drink wine but are allergic to sulfites 。D属于比较恶心的迷惑选项。

我能理解为什么D不对，可是我觉得E也不对呀~

题目里都讲了，这些winemakers add sulfites to none of the wines they produce了，也就是说这些酒里面没有sulfites了，那E选项还讲这些酒里的sulfites不足以导致过敏，这不是胡扯吗？

In paticular, if the wines that do not have sulfites added have sulfites present naturally in quantities sufficient to produce an allergic reaction, drinking these wines will not prevent an allergic reaction. The argument therefore depends on assuming that this is not the case
