The total fine is increased by 0.3 or doubled 是什么意思? 如果延期了两天, 这句话的意思是不是 第一天的fine 加第二天的fine 增加0.3 或变成两倍, 还是只是第二天的fine 增加0.3 或多或两倍?

意思是过期罚金或者是每天增加0.3，或者是变为前一天罚金数目的两倍，取两者中较小的一个
