那些没有装机台的could receive 那收的到讯号的人不就增加了
那不就否定了题目了吗?

嗯，D只是重述了题目已经给的信息，不管是1994年，还是1996年，收不到就是收不到；后面的推论是你自己加的吧，呵呵，谁说没有装的人家就一定有个装了的邻居？当然，我理解你可能只不过是随便举个例子，但是D其实错就错在没有给出什么有用的新信息。

您所謂新訊息就是不能和題目已經提過的重複?

假設題當中  除了找出gap之外 不就是要想辦法strengthen題意嗎

如果現在選項是把題目已經給出的訊息換句話說

沒有給出新訊息 不是就也不能選呢?
