我觉得c选项把前提给反对了，文中的前提是inflation基本可以忽略，但是c选项把这个前提给反了，那肯定是不对的。

而E是说在R这个国家老年人的收入基本是靠儿女来支持的，那么不管你国家怎么改变，对老人的生活影响是不大的。也就解释了many of them are no better off financially than they were before the increase的原因。
