在大全当中,我认为第7,9题应该选A,E

请指教,如有解释将不胜感激.

7题A选项内容有些狭隘了，另外文中只是说那些稳定的工人没有make the system work的，并不意味着make the system work的人就一定是被wilson的观点encourage的。

B选项应该是对wilson idea影响最全面的概括。

9题我也错选了E，因为第一遍读完根本没看懂作者写作目的和态度，重读文章后，感觉最后一段连着的好几个there be句型，其形式和内容都多少体现出了作者对wilson观点的负向态度

There is no pride in being an employee (Wilson asked for a return to the time when everyone was an employer). There has been no boasting about our social workers—they are merely signs of the system’s failure, of opportunity denied or not taken, of things to be eliminated. 如果确认了作者的这一态度，9题选D就正常了。而E最大的问题就在于文中其实只说了wilson的观点使得那些progressive的人在美国取得了更大的成就和更多的认可，根本没有说美国人都是progressive的，否则哪还有那些social work和employer呢。
