答案是：D.
可是为什么我就是不认为D起到了削弱的作用。我总是想不明白，总是感觉D是对conclusion:people would be better off not taking anti-seasickness medications.的加强。请大家指教。

认为答案应该是D，因为调查发现拿药的更容易有症状，所以结论中说还是不拿药的好。
D中说如果那些拿了药的人如果不拿药，则症状会更加严重，即拿药会对症状起到抑制作用。所以削弱原文。
