[求助]紧急-Prep无法display月底考-已解决

哪位电脑高手大牛帮忙看看。月底就考了，说不心急那是假的，为这问题耗了一下午了，心里真憋得慌！

系统是XP英文版，已经下载了最新的Java，用户名肯定是英文无疑，因此版上已有的解决方案不适用于我。

安装prep（从mba官网下载）后，运行，进入test 1和test 2得界面，选test 1，点ok，出来：could not get display mode, java.lang.internalerror. 运行记录里面的显示：

google到这个解决方案：

Try to get a driver from the manufacturer of your graphic card, it may be in the CDs that comes with motherboard incase your graphic card is on motherboard. Incase its PCI based graphics card you will definately have CD for it.

Since you are not computer savy, I dont think you would have a PCI based graphics card until you have addiction to PC Games.

Pressuming you have on board card...following are the steps that you should perform to get the drivers.
Go to Control Panel
Click on System
Select Hardware tab.
Click on Device Manager.
Now you will see all the hardwares attached to your computer.....phew this is becoming a techie thread rather than GMAT thread
Now when u expand Display Adapters you will see name of your graphics card.
Once you have name of your graphics card just google it and get drivers for winXP
Install the drivers, hopefully you will be able to run GMATPrep.

我尝试了，却发现，我的设备管理器里面，竟然没有display adapters!

哪位懂行的，帮我看看，感激不尽！貌似版上不只我一个有这问题，若解决了那真是功德无量！

啊啊啊啊！真想骂人！破prep，什么玩意儿！俺把你解决了，可俺还是要骂你！

致后来人：若有类似，去控制面板（control panel），选系统（system），选硬件（hardware），选设备管理器（device manager），看有没有display adapter。如果有，按俺上文贴的方法，搜索您的graphics card。如果没有，像 我一样，找任何打了黄色问号的可能和display有关的设备，我发现只有一个video设备是不正常状态。将本本的系统回复光盘插入光驱，搜索此设备的软件，安装，然后重启。

重启后，我的prep能抽出test了。

竟然还要我的分辨率从1280×800改成1024×768，这期间黑屏若干次。真bt的prep。考完gmat第一件是就是删了你！

mm，你的症状和我的一样吗？如果我的办法不适用于你，那你的用户名确定是英文？安了最新的java？软件是否安在c盘prep默认的目录下？

我就知道这么多了。。。。。
