非牛，想了好一会儿，前两题有点眉目了，第三题还是不懂，发一下自己的看法吧~

D 同C，无关，我是这样理解的“value contention (conflicts among any of these sets of values)”文中括号部分是解释value contention的，即VC是conflicts，那么D就和C一样了呗

E 没有涉及到HC和EC的比较，无关

B就是文中最后一句话，说采用HC的managers开始头疼选择一个合适的range，就是削弱了managers的选择判断能力

说not only by a manager’s own values，指传统观念忽视了东西，也就是A选项。

关于25题A为什么对，我终于想明白了！
原文要讨论的是（第一句）org principles affect managerial decision-making,而traditional rational model讨论的是org value的一致性和优先性，与原来论题无关，所以是deflected
