I think this question need some mathematics knowledge such as sets. Remeber there is a intersection between Asthma and Hay fever, so use a Venn Diagram you can easily crack the confusion. Any problem?

设想E中间的百分比如果是超过95%,那么我们基本可以推出同时得两种病的概率是95%,这个与题目的一个fact是矛盾的, 前一种病得的概率比较小,所以不能超过 95%
