Got in the UCLA part-time MBA program. Although it is not my dream school, I'm happy about the result. From my experience, I feel essay is the most important factor. For the schools I didn't get in, I think my essays didn't make me stand out. Essay should reflect your feelings and thoughts, no matter the story is big or small. Use true stories about which you can write some details, and dig some deep meaning from them, making the adcom believe the story and belive you have some qualifications they seek for. If adcom are touched by some points of your essays, you will have a big chance to win.
Thanks to CD and CDer for all the help through this application process.
