首先是RC问题.... PASSAGE 48 关于PRIVATIZATION的

第86题~~It can be inferred from the passage that the author consider labor disruptions to be

D a phenomenon found more often in state-owned industries than in pricate companies

E a deterrence to high performance levels in an industry

the correct answer is E .But  my choice is D...because it can infer from  passage "At Associated british port,labor disruptions common in the 1970's and early 1980's have now virtually disappeared'   But the explanation of OG is 'labor disruptions in state-owned and private industries are not compared.'
