当没有RDS 收音机的人能听到RDS的节目，那么结论"the number of Verdlanders receiving the special program information probably did not increase significantly"就不成立了啊。这个难道不是判断assumption的条件么？

A好复杂，研究了半天...

原来是在说  一些过去装备的RDS确收不到节目的人，这些人的存在没有使rds得数量增加，但是却可能使收到的节目数量增加，A正是排除了这点可能性
