说下我自己的看法：

S’s president plans to increase overall productivity解题关键 by keeping the offices closed on Fridays and having all employees work the same schedule—ten hours a day,four days a week.

就是说大多数高效率的员工是工作4天，每天10小时；普通员工是工作5天，每天8小时

SP计划的假设是：所有员工时间为4天，10小时每天=》整体效率的提高

那么削弱就是对这个假设削弱，C即是答案

C：工作10小时一直使有效率员工每天有2小时不被其他员工打扰，这是他们区别于其他员工的地方

那么将整体时间都换为10小时，有效率员工的工作效率自然回被干扰，从而削弱“整体效率提高”
