In my view, I agree that A ENSURE B ＝ A->b. That is to say, A ensure B is equal to that A is sufficient to B.

In the argument, the conclusion is that freedom of speech is indispensable for a healthy state.In other words, the freedom is necessary to a healthy state.
After this analysis, it is obvious that D just repeat the conclusion .

So , D is the sound choice.

这个逻辑有问题，很显然，言论自由可以保证人们的声音传到政府，但也还可以有很多其他方式啊，不让我说话，我就跳搂，我就搞爆炸，呵呵，这样政府也会知道我想要什么，所以 freedom of speech 只是政府知道人民心声的一种途径，并不是所有
这其中的充分或是必要你就自己去看了

从逻辑的角度来讲，我觉得ensure是充分条件！

而从结论，就可以直接推出a healthy state->freedom of speech，这推理和前面没有什么关系吧？？

我觉得LSAT里，有时也不能靠纯逻辑。这里好像只能靠语感和排除法。哪位大侠再指点一下。
