e的话，提干中已经说了会有进口产品的问题，即使美国市场扩大了，美国制造者没有优势的话如C选项说的，市场可能被欧洲家伙们占去了也不一定呀，咔咔

因为C是延续它之前的思路:

美国佬本来拥有欧洲市场-> 欧洲厂家出现 -> 抢去欧洲市场 (我想它此处有个assumption就是欧洲厂家可以在欧洲占领竞争优势)

那美国佬回去美国市场 -> 当然是在美国有竞争优势
