如果这些人呆着不动，那么得病的概率是30%，但是结论是大于30%，那么下列哪些选项能支持这个结论

A：得了病的离开（这些得了病的并且离开的人，也算在members of the general
population who have spent a similarly large amount of time in close contact with animals里）这些人的得病率是100%

这些人离开后，会有新来的填补上，对于新来的一批人来说，又有30%的人得病，那么刚好支持了结论。
