首先题目的意思是：快速生产周期是把生产组织塑造成为一个消除生产瓶颈和延迟的战略。这一战略不仅仅加快了生产速度，而且保证了质量。原因是，除非所有的工作都在第一时间内正确地完成（我理解成保质保量的完成），否则生产瓶颈和生产的延迟不可避免。

题目问的有2个要点：第一找出前提，第二找出有疑问的前提

首先找前提，最后一句话说得很明白，必要条件就是unless all work is done right the first time（保质保量）

A选项就是这一必要条件反过来说：不保质保量导致瓶颈和延迟从而导致战略失败（注意ALL 和 ANY的对应）

然后至于A选项有疑问的地方OG解释得很清楚了：It is entirely possible that there might be flaws that might not cause such problems; thus, the assumption is questionable.

其他的选项感觉不相关

我比较愚钝，对于这题到底在问什么还是不太了解，问题的意思是否是：

“上文关于保证质量的阐述是建立在下面哪一个有疑问的前提上？”

这个“有疑问的前提”是指能够解释论点（即关于质量的那段文字），但是在客观上又不完全正确的前提，是吗？

我为我的困惑很困惑,我就不明白答案让找的是假设,可A答案是从原文最后一句话推理出来的,没有构成假设啊??

要说做题，这道题真是不难，BCDE都是典型的无关项，一扫答案就出来了！

要说逻辑，有点意思！

正如卡小姐所言，A能不能成为文章的假设呢？

呵呵，这里有一个很有意思的逻辑中的逻辑问题!也涉及到一个审题的问题，题目中问得是什么？

"the claim about quality made above...." 那么这个Claim是什么：FCT can ensure quality。对吧！它的presupposition 是什么，是不是 the reason is that....的内容？而且从正常人的逻辑来讲（我个人一直强调GMAT考得就是正常人的逻辑），这个内容是不是 quetionable？

如果您对以上的内容回到都是：是。那么如果把the reason is that...后面的内容写到选项你，你选还是不选？

A就是这些内容的逆否命题啊！也就是等价命题。当然是答案！

不知道说明白没有？也不知道对不对，还请斧正！本人是这样认为的，呵呵！
