题目问的是 allow a company to prepare most effectively for the rapid obsolescence of skills  找一个帮助公司解决问题的方法，ABCD都不是SOLUTION

题目：因为AMT的进入，工人技术淘汰的时间变短了。平均5年就淘汰了。

问工厂怎么才能更好的防止技术淘汰？

只有E说，工厂不断的给工人培训以适应工作要求。其他选项无关。

既然是rapid obsolescence

我觉得只有 any training necessary 可以解决
