Actually, I have no idea about that. It depends on the application. Last year, UT didn't have any interview and directly issue offers. As to UW, last year the competition was not really like this year. As I known so far, this year,  there are lots of Masters with math or statistics bk applying UW. And applicants got offers have confirmed the offer at the first round. It means ppl in waiting list is really hard to grab the further chance to get into its program.  Whatever, in my mind, the program of UW is the best. That is why I only apply it.

hehe, actually, i am not upset anymore.

one hour ago, my rejection is changed to be a conditional offer from the Department of stat and actuarial science in UW. hehe, really wanna say: nothing is impossible.

其实是stat program的录取。嫌弃我没有bk,让我先修3门本科生课。。。

不好意思和大牛们比，我菜鸟，不过有个沾边的总比没有强。在连续收到精算和金融两个program的居心之后，没想到rej竟然真能变offer。。。。

ps,今天给waterloo的同学打了个电话，电话里面觉得他很疲劳的样子。据说waterloo的program都很tough,怕怕。。。
