5. 你的年龄, 你的气质, 你的法律素养?
6. 全班TOP, LAW REVIEW MEMBER?

法律执业能力是靠机会来实践的！ 我的问题是在美国有没有这个实践机会！ 你所罗列的能力是before graduate from law school,会讲中文，有美国的IVY的PHD， 年龄，气质，这些并不反映你的法律才能。 法学院排名成绩和law review 更代表一个人的法律学术能力，法学院的教授们多以此居多。practicing lawyer is more than this, it is a matter of practice！ Do we have this chance in practice to show our legal talent?? This is my question.

I strongly suggest that you go to the career service office, and get a glimpse of previous employers during OCI.  Then,  try  to  contact  any  potential recruitor, and inquire what kind of students they are pleased to hire and pay 170K.

After that, you will know by yourself "how is your job prospect?".

我感觉律所招人多少还是有点势力的，不管你法律从业能力如何，没有点吸引人的学术背景，可能练门槛都跨不过。毕竟律所的位子是有限的，培养一个合格律师的成本又那么高，凭什么相信你有这些从业能力呢？

 谢谢你的建议. 我自己去不了ASW, 我已经在LSD问看有没有要去ASW的人帮我去要一份OCI的firm list贴到LSD.
