有点不理解，他说自去年8月开始增加了更严格的规定来监管MECHANICAL PROBLEM，那为何后来又说，这点是解释MECHNIAL PROBLEM上升的原因啊？？ 

不是应该监管好了，故障少了的吗？？ 想不明白题目。。。

选C，原文逻辑主要是前后的对比，要保证原文主要数据有参照（有可比性）。

因为监管的比较严，所以发现的故障变多了。这样的例子在OG和GWD中出现不少。

比如说O，P两个公司进行信息安全检查，发现O公司出现的信息安全事故明显高于P公司，结论：P公司的信息安全措施比O公司实施的更加到位。

如果让Weaken这个东东，我们可以说O公司的安全检查要比P公司严格的多。

如果让加一个assumption，我们可以说O公司和P公司检查的尺度相同。

题目：mechanical problems增加了50%  推出 不是人工失误

照理做ASSUMPTION取非就是削弱。

那么ASSUMPTION 取非是 mechanical problems 确实增加了50% ， 那就不是人工错误了啊，没感觉有削弱的味道嘛， 反而是增强嘛？？

如果监管严了,所以报告问题增加了50%,同时真正的问题,并没有增加50%.

所以只是因为加强监管的原因,所以报告增加了.而不是真正的问题增加了. 所以原来的故障,也不是因为人为原因造成的.
