Most programs are just beginning to review applications, a few programs are reviewing, and few programs are finalizing.

So, don't worry, be patient. Offers will come eventually.

As I know, Cornell, Columbia, Wharton, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Duke, Stanford, Michigan, UT-Austin, UCLA have made offers to the top candidates.

Only to certain programs. Because the number of applicants differ a lot among fields. Usually accounting offers are much earlier than Finance offers.
