private delivery services and postal service are in the same industry..for comparable delivery,  private delivery services charge  more, so postal service charge a  reasonable price. It weaken the conclusion that Postal service is mismanaged.

E我也想不明白啊。Ｅ说消费价格上涨了300%,那就说明邮政服务价格很合理，这不正好削弱了题干的the postal service is mismanaged.
