求助，怎么拒绝offer啊？

一方面是给case western reserve秘书发Ｅ－mail，告诉我已经被录取，但是正式的mail 或Email还没收到，心里还是有点没底．一方面ＩＩＴ学校特别热情，这个学校１２月份就告诉要给我半奖录取，我当时还没收到其他家的ＯＦＦＥＲ，所以也没拒绝，于是他家主动寄了一堆表格，E-mail紧着催交，昨天又寄了一封．大家说我是现在就回它不去了，还是等case的真正到手了再回绝ＩＩＴ保险呢？拒绝的信大家都怎么写的呀，怕伤了和气

请大家给我出出主意

     I am very gald that I have been admitted by your XXX program at XXX University. The XXX program is one of the best in XXX field in the United States. The XXX and XXX are X features that attract me most.

     However, I have accepted the offer from Harvard Business School and I paid the deposite at a few days ago. As a result, I have to chose to go to another way even if the offer from XXX university is also a superb choice.

     Thank you for considering me a qualified applicant and I wish the XXX program has a excellent developemtn in the fall 2007.
