Ross's been releasing invitations since middle Jan.  It's said that it will continue to end of Feb.

I don't know.

Ross doesn't have online status check page, which is very strange.

I still believe Ross's interview's more likely to be a procedural thing; receiving or not receving such an invitation doesn't prove or disprove anything. In fact, I think any interview conducted by a 2nd year student or alumni is more about showing an attitude than collecting additional information.

It's obvious that Ross still trying to interview every single applicant for each round, although it claims the interview to be based only on invitation this year. So just be patient!
