The money question: It is not everything, but it is definitely something. How to make a rational distribution of money and funds is a compulsory course for both enterprises and individuals. After several years of managing a small amount of my own money, I have gradually experienced that saving is better than spending.

 

No one knows what tomorrow will bring, so it seems wise to hold sums of money for an unpredictable future. When friends cornered, an unexpected financial problem happening, lending money to them could be a rescue off the desperate situation. When disaster strikes, perhaps a sudden disease in the family, having money on hand might mean the difference between life and death. In these times, the use of that money is more meaningful than the reckless spending.

 

In fact, just through a slight thinking, we will have to recognize an unpleasant yet real truth: every one of us, more or less being a victim of the advertising, to purchase numerous unneeded merchandises. However, in reality, consuming is not the only way to enjoy ourselves. For my part, composing music pieces, reading geography magazines, or learning a new skill I interested in, all that truly make me happy. On the other hand, we could use the money to invest instead of waste. If invested well, it would bring a considerable profit, which making money for the investors. In a sense, it proves that saving money might be a way to generate future wealth.

 

Moreover, seen from another approach, to save money on the premise, of course, earned enough.  For example, if one earns only 2,000yuan per month, he even cannot deal with necessarily daily spending such as on food, clothing, and living. It is also easy to imagine that how worse the situation would be if he had suffered a sudden illness. Under such a condition, the idea of saving money seemed inappropriate and unpractical. However, if the income grows to 20,000yuan per month, then the situation will be getting total different. He can rent a comfortable apartment, having nutritious meals, and spend more money on entertainment and further learning. In this time, to save the rest of money seems quite sensible and reasonable.
