今天是Darden通知第二轮录取结果的期限，一直到下午都没邮件，直接登陆Darden网站的个人帐户，发现申请状态已经改为offer，获得录取，并要求先存1000美元定金。晚上11点收到电邮通知，可真算是到最后一刻。昨天保底学校Ohio Fisher的director of admissions office直接打来电话，通知我说决定提名参加Ohio的fellowship competition，并给我preliminary offer，要求我于近期面试，完成学校申请的所有程序。估计如果面试发挥正常，也就录取了。

从1月28日寄出最后一所学校Ut-Austin申请材料开始，没过几天就等来哈佛面试邀请，然后是耶鲁面试邀请，接着就是Ohio和Darden的结果。准备乘胜追击，同时等待其他学校的面试邀请和结果。我会及时与大家分享面试经验。

Do u know when is the deadline to put the USD 1,000 deposit?

Except the online status change, I didn't receive email notification from Darden.  How about you?

To abc_on_line: I received email from Darden 11pm yesterday:

Your application for the MBA program for Fall of 2007 has been updated.

Please login at https://apply.darden.virginia.edu/admissions/app to access your online status report.  If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office or your account manager. 

In the offer message, they referred the offer letter concerning the deposit deadline. I don't understand what the offer letter is. But I do find that on my personal application status page on Darden website, the deposit deadline is May 1, 2007. Just before the recommendation item. You can check your application page and see if your deposit deadline is the same or not.

Have you tried the link they provide for the admitted?  I guess there is some info up there.  You can pay the deposit there.  Credit card is of course acceptable.

Wait for a few days bah.  They are very busy in the peak time of application processing.  They will send each amittted student a letter to inform of both offer and scholarship, I'm sure.
