Since I need to mail the recommendations and transcripts, I want to include other materials in my mailing package.   The following is my checklist. 

Please help me have a look if I have included all the things I can mail?     Thank you

  

¨      Two copies of official transcripts and Degree Certificates (undergraduate)

¨      Photocopy of GMAT score report

¨      Photocopy of TOEFL score report

¨      Two letters of recommendation and recommendation forms

¨      Resume

¨      Essays

Another question,  when do I need to pay the Application Fee? After submit online application or before submit?

Why don't you submit the rest online?  It'll give you more time to look over them and easier for the school to keep track.

I will submit online too.  Thank you Yaoyao for your reminder.   Hehe,  Complete application must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time or postmarked (not faxed) by these dates.-- so I want to take advantage of the postmaked date and mail additional stuff.

Yaoyao,  my 2nd essay is required to limit to 1 page, but I wrote 1 1/3 pages,  does it matter?  Do I have to shorten it to 1 page?  It is so hard to discuss a situation of leadership role and demonstrate managerial potential within 1 page.  Because I have to tell the whole story , introduce the involved parties and the important issues.  Headache...

If it says one page, better stick to the limit. You may take advantage of the page setting if it is not stipulated explicitly.

这个问题学校的要求里有，最多超两句话，否则，是对其他申请者的不公。

建议 mm 按规定行事。

Hmm. if the two versions are going to be different, then I won't recommend submitting both ways.  You might find a typo last minute.

I think it shows poor communication skills and lack of respect for their rules.  You have to decide what is most important and let go of the other parts.

如下是学校要求，没有要求字体，字号，但是要求double-spaced, 还有limit to 1 page.

 double-spaced 好像不太对劲呢？还是我理解错了？举例如下：double-spaced 就是2倍行距吗，那就是以下这个样子？很难看的，在word文档中本来更夸张，贴上来行距还窄了点

double-spaced 1 page, 是多少字呀？我是arial 10 号，单倍行距，一页共575个单词。我难道要重写吗？
