Nope...the status in Applyyourself doesn't change anything even after i got the invitation. I received the invitation via email notification

when u hv received the invitation email, you are asked to confirm your interview by sending back a confirmation email. HBS system then authomatically generates an email replying to ur confirmation that they hv got notified.

i would suppose when HBS doesn't receive ur confirmation email within certain period, they will then contact you or whatever inform you via other methods.( Just some speculation....)
