先看1小时CASE,后面有几个问题。这种所谓的无领导小组讨论，该从哪里下手呢？如何得到学校的满意分呢？

to my knowledge this kind of interview is the toughest one. maybe they are looking for:

1, oral communication skill as well as English ability

2, analytical skills

3, teamwork and interpersonal skills

4, somewhat leadership potential

5, academic knowledge if the case is more specific like accounting or finance

have you ever attended some Teambuilding Training. if yes, you can feel the same way when you attend this kind of interview.
