我在30分钟内写出来的是这样的，恳求大家看看能有几分，提改进意见，不胜感激！

另外，觉得自己写作文很吃力，使劲写也就330词左右，并不是打字速度的问题，是每句话都斟酌半天，浪费了好多时间。恳请指导一下，怎么样才能快速提高，我的要求也不高，作文能有25左右就行了，谢谢各位！！！

Today, society no longer attaches the stigma of "individualism" to the idea of being a expert in a field, as it once did. Jobs are more likely to be taken by the interest of the employee, and both professional path and management path are adopted by numerous people. While personally speaking, management path is more ideal for me.

 

Management is the science of uniting the resources available to fulfill the task, which is more attractive to the people with the resolution to be glorious. According to the old saying "more people, more power", it is widely accepted that collection is stronger than individual. Therefore, the great men are willing to be the leader and allocate the tasks to team members and base their achievement on the team corporation. For example, Bill Gates, one of the most successful persons in the world, turn to management once he found good employees for him. What if he still concentrate on the computer science as he once did? No Microsoft of the current scale now.  So management is more attractive to the people with great mind.

 

Management is also an art of dealing with people, which are of various kinds. Compared to the challenges involved in the management, machine, theorem, program, and other tools are a bit easier to deal with for they are constant, stable and controllable. People with emotion, which requires stimulation, equality, and exceptions, are the most difficult to manage. For instance, one of the five workers in your department takes ill absence without telling me the truth. Should I cut his payment for his dishonesty or warn him of my knowing that? What if other four follow his example? Regulations play an important role in management, while it's far from enough for a good manager. Since the management is such a challengeable task, I would like to have a try.

 

Because management is challengeable, which requires my even greater effort, and attractive, which will bring me more glorious future, I prefer to take a management path after my graduation.
