无耻的ETS把我的成绩单全部送错了!!!

ETS坚持说我的成绩没送错,我不知道他为什么前后两个邮件矛盾,第一次说是undergraduate school,第二次说是graduate management school.可是我现在跟所有的学校确认了,都一个月了,没有一所学校收到.还跟我说 ETS does not have the authority to resend the score. You need to contact NEEA to resend the scores. We are regret that we are not able to futher assist you.不要太恶心.

打电话给NEEA,NEEA说他们没有权利resend score, 所有的成绩都是由ETS送出的,还说从TOEFL官方网站上download下来的那个bulletin的第十页写了ETS send score.说是ETS在1月22号已经给一千多名中国考生发信解释和重新发送成绩了,可是我并没有收到这样的邮件!!!

"up to four official score reports that ETS will send directly to
the institutions or agencies you designate when registering for
the test
Score report recipients can be added or deleted through the NEEA/
TOEFL iBT registration Web site until 10 p.m. (local test center
time) on the day prior to the test date. ETS will send an examinee
score record to you and official score reports to your designated
institutions 15 business days after you take the test. The printed
score record that is mailed to you will contain all of the final section
scores as well as your total score."

自己出钱重寄，系统该有的问题还是有啊。。。

遇到相同的情况了。T的成绩单和送分回执同一天收到，Department Code 居然全部是00。不知道现在这个问题怎么解决，晚上决定给ETS先打个电话complain一下。

刚打完电话，ETS的代表坚持说在她的电脑屏幕上显示的送分纪录中，我所有的学校送的都是graduate school management。我再三跟她confirm,她还是说从她的记录没问题。我还跟她确认是否是送分送对了，但是给我的回执（不同的两份，托福正式成绩单和加送分回执）打错了，她坚持说是这样。她还说其他的中国学生也可能有相同的情况。

不清楚是不是中国的学生投诉太多，ETS想把责任推给NEEA未果，于是用这种糊弄的办法把责任推到学校身上，看着送错的纪录说反正我给你送对了，学校没收到你就必须再送……

大家说怎么办？

“As a result of reporting issue, your examinee score report was released to the undergraduate division at your designated institution(s). We have rectified the issue and are sending a duplicate report (s) to the graduate divisions. We apologize for the inconvenience this matter may have caused you.”
