无耻的ETS把我的成绩单全部送错了!!!

Hi, enerif, I probably have the same problem.  The schools I filed for the free score reports didn't recieve the report.  I called and emailed ETS, but they insisted that I should contact NEEA for this matter.  I've been calling NEEA, and I talked to the manager of the customer service group, she said she could only contact ETS but she didn't know when ETS would feedback.  I've been complaining for like more than a month, but still nobody can solve my problem.  NEEA wouldn't resend my score report, nor would ETS.  How did you get them to resend ur score report?

Call ETS directly. Keep on complaining. Let them know you are very angry. A customer service representitive at last promised me to report the problem to her supervisor.

Also keep calling NEEA. Tell them there is a big problem in the data transfering. Again,let them know you are very angry and you are going to file a real complaint and let everyone knows. Doubt why we Chinese examinees have to register test or request reports though NEEA while others can do everything directly with ETS.

Yea, that's what I've been wondering about too.  I don't know what's the relationship btw NEEA and ETS, but they seem to have bad communication and they push examinees back and forth when problems arise.  Also there seems to be some internal problem at NEEA, coz the manager of customer service told me they couldn't contact ETS directly, another department in NEEA is responsible for that... WTF...

enerif, katrina52, 你们两个的成绩是什么时候寄出去的,又是什么时候complaint的。会不会你们的问题出现的比较早,所以他们在后面纠正过来了.我觉得他们处理这个问题的态度和方式都非常恶劣,真的是连一句sorry都没有.

ETS好变态,我连发了三封邮件,终于回了,不跟我道歉,我都说了你不道歉也行,你把我的成绩单赶紧送出去.他们给我回信说成绩单没有送错,都送到GRADUATE MANAGEMENT了,说那个只是系统出错.我说那UC Irvine怎么说没收到我的TOEFL成绩,ETS非常恶心的说了一句:In the event that one of your institutions has not received your scores, you will need to contact the NEEA to have your scores resent, as ETS does not have the authority to do.

ETS前后给我的两封邮件不一致,第一封告诉我寄给undergraduate了，第二封改过来,变成了graduate management了.ETS跟我说是system error,实际上没寄错了.如果没寄错,怎么都寄了一个月了,Irvine还没收到??成绩单DEC20就寄出去了.

其他学校我还没有问.我以前发邮件给他们他们的回信说是undergraduate,这次再发过去他们就跟我说是graduate management了,不知道怎么搞的,UC Irvine跟我确认说没有收到了.我觉得ETS的态度很恶劣,好像一点不是他们的错,一点也不道歉,最讨厌他们叫我自己去跟NEEA联系了.

先前是恶心的SAMPLE只允许人家做一次,却不说明,害的我随便点了点,不小心就FINISH了,花了20刀买了份模拟题,做了一遍.ETS的回答是我们确实没有告诉你只能用一次,下次我们会告诉你的,但是他们拒绝赔偿.

ETS 真差劲!!!!!

 

why not just send the paper result score to the schools? you don't need to send the official score by ETS before admission ya(most schools applicable)......In case of saving money, I won't wast my money to pay for the evil ETS when I don't have to do so before admission ^^

 

Before applying, be sure what you are going to do is the most effective and convenient to both parts

Make sense. But note that some schools need the official reports before reviewing our package, Emory for example.

Most of the schools that I apply to require the official score reports to be sent before the application can be reviewed. Both for GMAT and TOEFL.

真不知道ETS的人都在干什么。我上周一天之内给ETS打了三个电话，最后还被人家甩一句,“反正我们寄了，学校会不会收到我们不保证...”

无语...

LZ我知道你的心情又多么着急。虽然具体情况不太一样，但我也曾经遭遇ETS,也焦急万分过。但是现在关键的是冷静下来想想办法，让ETS赶紧再寄，然后尽量与学校沟通就好。

我9/15上海考得第一次IBT, 当时填了四个免费学校。我一直到12/1申了NYU之后，NYU告诉我没收到TOEFL成绩我才发现，大概是12/10左右吧。然后我就开始跟ETS, NEEA联系，直到现在未果。ETS的态度很奇怪，我打电话去刚开始也是说可以为我免费重寄，然后去请示了主管后回来就什么都不肯了，坚持说要我跟NEEA联系，他们什么都不帮我解决。NEEA的小姐态度很好，但是就是一问三不知，就连主管也说，我们只能单方面根ETS反映情况，他们会不会解决，怎么解决我们都没办法知道。我晕。。。学校方面我已经打电话解释，然后也传真了成绩单，现在音讯全无。。。其他三所也不知道收到没收到，不过他们都是要等admission之后才要求正式成绩的所以也就无所谓了。

NEEA和ETS之间肯定有搞不清楚的事情了，我们应该坚持根NEEA交涉让他们帮我们免费重寄。
