好象是ＯＧ上的原题吧，要不就是ＦＦ的．车上装了雷达，本不应该超速的，但是现在的情况是车上装了雷达却更容易超速，这就说明不是车的问题而是人的问题．所以选Ｂ．明白？

以为装不装雷达都超速,so 超速和雷达没有关系..

实在不行你用排除法.加 无关词
