hi, i have a very stupid Q.

 i got a letter from a graduate school, telling me that you have submitted a copy of your transcript along with an English translation but the official transcripts are also required direct from the University

i am not sure i exactly understand its words.

should i ask the university i have attended to send my transcripts?

another way is that you get the official transcripts from your university; generally, they will send it to you sealed, therefore, you can send them to the schools you are applying with all other application materials in one package.

Go and check with your university first; different universities may have different policy.
