I am submitting on line application, after I fill my credit card information, and clicked 'buy' button, the page is lost. then I received a message that my money has been deducted. then when I log on again, the online application system force again to fill in the card no. and pay the money again.
greatwalk, I met the same problems when I sumbitted application for Duke. I contacted the applyyourself's technical supporters. They suggestted me to pay it again to resume the application process. As for double payment, you can ask school to refund your fee. Normally, they will do so. Good luck!

Agreed, and if you are in north america you can even contact your credit card vendor (Visa or Mastercard etc.) to deal with the duplicate payment issue on your behalf. You can usually find the toll-free customer service phone number on the back of your credit card.
