If you have no working experience, then Big Four will grant you some, that's all. The experience will qualify you in application without helpful nor adverse impact......and I'm afraid Americans know little about CICPA

CICPA itself helps you little to get into top tier b-schools at U.S I think. BIG 4 w/e will surely make you qualified for application, while it cannot make you in either positive or negative way, as many auditors these years are working on application to U.S top b-schools. So you must find your unique merits to convince the adcom that you can contribute to and learn from the specific school that interests you!
Program of Master of Accounting in U.S mainly fosters professionals for public accounting firms, say, BIG 4. Ph.D program is surely more academic, not easy to get in any top tier b-school Ph.D program for Chinese applicant.
Maybe you can consider work in BIG 4 for couple of years first, and then apply for MBA.
Then I suggest you find a job other than big 4 right now, try to on board this before February, then apply in Sep. 2007 for the class of 2010. (enroll in Autumn 2008)
