纽约投行招聘Intern是自己学校内部的竞争

以上各位的意思是象小一点的学校基本是没有希望拿到大投行的summer intern的咯？(有没有winter intern的，弱问一下)

I've heard that u r much easier to get summer intern in LBS: 99% of students got intern last summer (official figure) and quite a lot in BBs.

well reasonable, cause there is no peer finacial schools to compete with LBS in London.

while in states, there are 20 schools in this pool.

Imagine this, what if Culumbia, with just 300 students (LBS figure), is the only choice in NYC ???

有给中国人的QUOTA, when my friend worked in morgan, they reserved 5 spots for chinese officials' children.  but now these 5 children all working in other IBs, guess other IBs all have similar quota

这个是好帖子，我顶出来大家看一下。

LZ作为在校生告诉我们公司对于不同的学校确实留有quota。所以，有一些学校某年忽然招的人比较少的话，对于进去的人倒是件好事情。
