My choice is A too. The argument assumes that the change in the composition of the order jet models have no impact on the use of the labors/workers of the specific manufacture -Manto. But A introduces a situation where the assumption does not hold -the new model needs more work by the workers of Manto than does the old model.

A。题目意思是尽管有新TX定单，但因为取消了相同数目的Z定单，M公司还是要裁员。。A是说Z是外包的，那Z取消就对M公司的人员没什么影响。
