I did interview with Cheryl and Joan and it's pretty smooth. Other than the questions in Mayfair's and Snowyspring's posts, I was asked following,

1. What kind of thing I do for fun during my spare time?
2. If they need to present my case to adcom, how are they going to describe me from personality point view?

I’ve just got an offer email this afternoon for 3 years part-time program as they promised after interview.

今天Cheryl面试了我，30min 正。Cheryl非常友好，就是有时候走神瞄我身后，影响我情绪。

从进入会议室开始，就因地制宜地跟她聊聊Rotman的教学楼什么的，缓解一下自己的紧张情绪，也建立一下友好气氛。

1. 上来以为她要和我过我的简历，结果只问了我当前的工作就打住了。我比较喜欢当前工作的性质，内容和方式，可能是我对当前工作说得多了一点，其他工作一律没问。
2. 没问Why MBA（估计上个问题里，已经听得风声了吧）,直接问why Rotman.
3. What I want to do right after MBA
4. What do I do in my spare time.回答得不大好，没有动脑想好，光提娱乐了，有点让人感觉玩物丧志的印象。应该多谈一点对自身或社会有建设意义的话题。Cheryl还特意问了一下爱好的时间长短，在什么golf course打球和球技水平之类的细节问题。挺有意思，估计怕我的爱好都是一夜之间出现的吧。
5. Have you ever had any experience that you felt that you may want to give up? 用了最后一篇文章的例子。追问了If you could do it again, how you would you do it differently. 也用了最后一篇文章的意思。
6. What is your most recent achievement？我答了工作中的成绩。
7. How do I describe your personalities to the ad com?
8. 让我问问题。我问Rotman 为什么在FT的排名从21跌倒27？ Cheryl把剩下的5分钟全用来严肃认真地回答这个问题了。总而言之，不是Rotman 退步了，是有的学校做得更好了。口径和Dean Martin 一致。http://www.rotman.utoronto.ca/news/FT.htm

经验教训：

1. 有时间的还是要事先模拟一下回答。面试时一开口，我发现自己口语很滥，啰里啰唆，不能切中要害，还有语法错误，用词错误。
2. 关掉手机。我只把来电语音关了，结果我的手机了的日历不是时候地语音提示下一个appointment的时间快到了，而且正赶上Cheryl回答问题。即使道歉，也影响不好。
3. 我觉得有几个问题还没有阐述完整，Cheryl就开始提下一个问题了，然我的感觉不是很好。我应该适当地加一些肢体语言，提示对方我的话还没说完比较好。

Anyway，比工作面试简单一些。祝好运。

请问mayfair是什么时候递交online application的？如果需要确认资料是否收齐，应该找谁？有email的麻烦给我一下。我已经交了2个星期，连封确认的email都没有。早就听说rotman 脾气大了。
