看看我对申请学校的回复是否正确

Dear sir

 Please note that we do not manage test scores that are directly send from ETS long time ago and note the following sentence as abstract from our website:

 Please note that we do not manage test scores that are directly send from ETS long time ago and note the following sentence as abstract from our website:

   “NOTE : Please attach a copy of the above test score(s)  (referring to TOEFL & GRE) to the application.  Official test score sent directly from ETS is not required in the first instance”.

   It is best that you submit your test score(s) together with your application package so that you would have an equal chance as other applicants as TOEFL/GRE score are common indicators. However, you may also submit it separately, after you have submitted your application package but it is not advisable.

  Please provide a scan copy of your test score(s) or fax it over to +65 67931140, when you receive it and we will forward it to the relevant School (if you did not attached photocopied copies with your application package.  Please indicate your application number and the School you applied for on the score sheet.  Thank you.

 我的理解是：我在报考填写免费寄送成绩单的时候填一份给自己的，这样我才能寄成绩单的复印件或传真给对方．这样的理解对吗？

就是让你在申请表后附上你的成绩的复印件，不需要使用原版的成绩单。最好把你的成绩单和你的申请表一起打包送过去。当你收到你的成绩单的时候，请扫描一下你的成绩单，把你的成绩单扫描后的复印件把它传真到+65 679311409。（如果你不能在你寄送的申请包里提供你影印的复印件，请指出你申请学校的数量和你申请的学校。）

不是指明申请学校的数量, 而是你的申请编号吧...
